摘要
介绍以50mm厚Q235钢板卷焊筒体代替35钢锻造筒体的钢板卷焊工艺及加工后的变形量,采用卷焊筒体对提高材料利用率及降低工耗具有显著效益.
The fabrication of cylinder from made 50mm thick Q235 steel plate with rolling-welding procefure in stead of forging one and distortion sizes of the product after processing are presented. The rolling-welding procedure invreases overall material utilization and decreases man-hour greatly as compared with forging process.
