摘要
针对5A以下小电流钨极氩弧焊焊接超薄件存在的问题,采用双反馈晶体管电源,并对铈钨电极焊前进行“激活”处理,有效地解决了非接触引弧,提高了电弧的稳定性,成功地焊接了φ3mm的铠装热电偶保护管.
To overcome difficulties of welding ultra thin sheet with current 5A TIG process the measures like transistor power source with double feedback and pre- activation of cerium - tungsten electrode are used and carried out. So contactless trigger arc is achieved; arc stability increases and welding lor protective bubes of 3mm armored thermocouple is successful.
