为提高油田地下稠油热采装置密封面在高温条件下的磨损与化学腐蚀性能,在确定以钴铬钨合金粉末在1Cr13不锈钢基体上进行等离子弧堆焊工艺,以及选定的有关参数范围基础上,利用正交试验法确定了最佳工艺参数匹配方案.通过批量生产验证,表明选用的匹配方案是正确、实用的.
In order to overcome both abrasion and corrosion of sealing face at high temperature for thick oil thermal extraction equipment in oil field, the process of plasma arc with Co, Cr, W alloy powder to surface on 1Crl3 base metal are chosen and procedure parameters determined, too. The correctness of process and parameters are proven through lot size production.
