不锈钢制造的井式渗碳炉马弗罐焊缝及HAZ区附近产生严重晶间腐蚀及明显“刀蚀”现象,并局部裂透.在进行焊接性分析基础上采用手弧焊工艺对其进行了成功地修复.

Both intercrysta line corrosion and ''knife' corrosion occurred at weld metal and near HAZ, there some local cracking through well on the well type Mafu thank made from stainless steel. Analysis for weldability and the use of manual arc welding ,the repair works are carried out successfully.
