在焊接工艺评定中引入性能梯度曲线概念,并结合焊接接头的常规力学性能试验结果,能较好地解决焊接接头与母材强度匹配,焊接接头塑性指标定量分析、焊材的合理选择和焊接工艺参数制定等问题.微型剪切试验全面评价和准确验证了焊接接头质量.
The concept of property gradient curve introduced in welding procedure evaluation in combination with the results of mechanical property test, that can indicate the matching for strength between weld and base metal; analyze quantitatively for ductility; select for welding materials and determine the procedure variables, etc. Also, the quality of weld joint can be assessed and proved both completely and precisely by a so called mini-shear-testing.
