摘要
用熔嘴电渣焊的工艺方法,以焊代锻成功地焊接了高压容器,成本低、效率高、省工省料,是焊接大厚度不规则断面焊接结构的一种有效的工艺.
Heavy high pressure vessels are fabricated successfully with consumable electroslag welding technique instead of the use of forging components. It is proven as an effective process for welding workpiece with thick and irregular section. Also it has the features like cheaper, cost faster production and with the equal quality as the forging component.
