研制高强钢气体保护焊焊丝要着重于提高熔敷金属的冲击韧性.选择高强钢气体保护焊焊丝应考虑母材的化学成分和焊接工艺,按照焊缝金属与母材“实际等强”的原则.
The principles to develop a GMAW wire used for HSLA steel welding are based on increasing impact toughness of weld metal, considering composition of base metal, estimating process variables and also obtaining 'actual same strength' between base metal and weld metal, etc. In this way, an electrode wire is well developed and selected.
