摘要
本文得到了任意光束通过光阑弱衍射在远场下的光阑ABCD矩阵,并用所得矩阵具体地分析了带硬边光阑的典型谐振腔。
in this paper ,two ABCD matrices for describing weakly apertured general beams in the far field are obtained. Employing these matrices,the mode variance of a typical resonator with an aperture are also analyzed.
