摘要
本文首次报导利用超声调制和带SBS(受激布里渊散射)共轭镜技术的Nd:YAG激光,在激光处于近TEM。模运转的条件下,加工出孔径分别为25μm和20μm的微孔。
We have got the microholes of diameter 25 um and 20um separately,using the technology of the ultrasonic modulation and the stimulated Brillouin sccattering (SBS) phase Conjugating in near TEMoo mode.
