摘要
研究了双冷速缓冷处理对P/MRene’95合金等温变形的影响。研究结果表明:双冷速缓冷处理可有效地控制合金中γ'相的析出,尤其可通过第二冷速控制γ'相的形态。当固溶温度为1100C时,第二冷速低于第一冷速有利于降低合金的流变应力。
The effect of dual slow cooling rates treatment on isothermal deformation of P/M Rene’95 was stud-ied. It was shown that the process of γ' precipitation especially the shape of γ'can be controlled by thistreatment.At 1100C solution temperature,the flow stress of isothermal deformation of the alloy is lower when the second cooling rate is slower than the first cooling rate.
