小角度仪器检定0级平板平面度的误差研究

通过误差分析与计算，论证了0.01mm／m合象水平仪不能满足0级平板平面度检定精度要求，采用0．005mm／m自准直仪或电子水平仪可获得满意的检定精度结果。由此得出正确选择检定工具，对于保证0级平板检定质量有着重要意义。

The error analysis and calculation illustrate that the resultantimage level instrument with 0.01 can not meet the needs for the accuracyrequirement of O class PI:ane planness verification and the autocollimationinstrument with 0. 005 or electronic level instrument can have the satisfactoryverification accuracy and then correctly choosing verification tools are veryimportant for its verification quality guarantee.
