摘要
从理论及试验上研究了非线性挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)柔性转子系统在加速通过共振及双稳态区时的瞬态动力特性。结果说明了设计合理的SFD不仅可以使系统具有良好的稳态特性,而且还可以使系统具有良好的加速特性;设计不当的SFD不仅会产生具有较大振动的双稳态,而且不可能单纯以加速转子的方式使转子通过双稳态区而不发生双稳态跳跃,必须采用合理设计的SFD才可以避免以稳态的出现。SFD的非线性越强,转子通过双稳态区也越困难。
The transient characteristics of a flexible rotor supported on nonlinear squeeze film dampers (SFD′s) during passing through the resonant and bistable operation speed range with constant acceleration are studied theoretically and experimentally.It is shown that the properly designed SFD′s have not only excellent steady state performance,but also better acceleration performance.The maximum vibration amplitude of the rotor system in the acceleration process decreases gradually with increase of rotor angular acceleration,whether for the properly designed SFD′s or for the improperly designed SFD′s.The stability of multisolution in the bistable operation speed ranges depends not only on the form of bistable operation,but also on the moving process.It is impossible for the rotor system to pass through the bistable operation speed ranges with smaller amplitudes only by means of accelerating the rotor system.
