摘要
提出了一种实用的大型工件平面度、平行度、垂直度误差的计算与评定方法。这种方法适用于各种不规则、不连续的测量表面。评定程序采用最小二乘和最小条件法,搜素速度快,评定结果精度高。
A practical method of calculating and evaluating flatness, Par-alellism and perpendicularity errors for laIge workpicees is proposed in thispaper. The method is suitable to various irregular and uncontinuous surfacesunder test. The least square method and minimum zono coildition method arecmployed in the evaluation process. As a result, search speed is quick andthe accuracy of evaluation result is high.
