摘要
介绍1种用8098单片机控制的三坐标测量装置。该测量装置用客栅传感器作位移检测元件，依靠系统的控制软件能直接利用实物模型或样件自动编制数控加工程序，并配有与其它微型计算机通讯的接口。系统运行稳定，有较好的性能价格比。
A system controled by Single Chip Microcomputer, which can beused for three-dimension coordinate measurement, is introduced in this paper.It used Capacity Grating as displacement transducer.With the contiol softwareof system, it can make NC program automatically and has an interface tocommunicate with other microcomputers.The system can run reliably and has agood ratio of perfermanceand cost.
