摘要
在研究累积损伤及临界累积损伤统计特性的基础上,提出一新的动态干涉模型进行疲劳累积损伤统计分析和寿命可靠度分析。该模型计及损伤非线性累积,可预测随机谱下任一寿命时刻的可靠度。经大子样试验验证,表明该模型合理、可行,且优于已有的干涉模型。
After studying in depth the statistical characteristics of fatigue cumulative damage D(t)and critical cumulative damage Dc,a new dynamic interference model for the damage statistical analysis and the fatigue reliability analysis is presented. Because of considering the nonlinear accumulation of fatigue damage,this model is able to conveniently predict the fa- tigue reliability for spectrum loading.Verioing predicted results by a special test under fighter spectrum loading,with specimens as many as 101 pieces,it is shown that the new model is rea- sonable and practical,and is better than other existing models.
