应用自制的3株鼠抗人甲状腺球蛋白(HTg)单克隆抗体(McAb)建立了快速敏感和特异的3位抗体夹心的ELISA法。本法的标准曲线是用TG标准品连续稀释所得。其检测TG最低浓度为1. 25ng/ml。216各本院健康献血队员中有81. 6%含有TG。

A rapid, sensitive and specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, using mouse monoclonal human-thyroglobulin antibodies,was established in oar laboratory for measuring human serum thyroglobulin with a sensitivity of 1. 25ng/ml. Thyroglobulin was detectable in 81.6% of 216 normal subjects.
