随机模糊测试的确定性

DETERMINISTICITY OF STOCHASTIC FUZZY TESTING

论述了模糊测试确定性和随机模糊测试确定性的概念，以及测试确定性、征兆－成因隶属函数与随机征兆信号概率密度函数之间的关系。建立了随机模糊测试系统的模型。在此基础上提出了模糊测试确定性的量化指标——确定度测试的计算公式，分析了它与征兆－成因隶属函数的关系；分析计算了随机征兆信号的概率密度函数对隶属函数和测试确定度的影响。

The concepts of the test deterministicity of the fuzzy testing and the stochastic fazzy testing,as well as the relations between the test detenninisticity,the portent-reause membership function and the pro bability density function of the stochastic portent signal are discussed.The model of the stochastic fuzzy testing system is constructed.The formula for calculating the quan-titative characteristics of the determinsticity of the stochastic fuzzy testing the test deterministic degree is presented;the relations between the deterministic degree and the portent-cause membership function are analysed.The influence of the probability density func-tion of the stochastic portcnt signal on the membership function and the deterministic degree is also discussed and calculated.
