摘要
本文介绍了Gd2O3-UO2芯块中Gd和U含量的同位素稀释质谱法:分别用浓缩157Gd和233U作稀释剂,定量加入到芯块溶液中,然后用萃淋树脂(DHDECMP)萃取分离出Gd和U,用热表面电离质谱计测定。本法对Gd和U含量的测定精密度为0.7%。
This paper describes determination of the Gadolinium and Uranium component in Gd_2O_3UO_2 pellets using isotope dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS).The rich 157Gd and 233U inquantity are spiked a solution of the Pellet, then Gadolinium and Uranium from the solutionare separated respectivly using DHDECMP, and they are determined by mass spectrometerwith thermal ion source. Their precisions are 0. 7%.
