无氧阈不同测定方法的同步比较 被引量:7

摘要 7名男性中长跑和竞走运动员在逐级增量负荷运动条件下,同步测量血乳酸无氧阈(LAT)、通气无氧阈(VAT)、心率无氧阈(HRAT)和肌电无氧阈(EMGAT)。目的在于对不同的测试方法作出客观评价,以便用于体育人材的选拔及训练。运动在自行车功量计上进行。从50W起步,每两分钟递增50W,直至力竭。为便于相互比较,各种方法测定的AT值统一按发生时间(min)计算,四种方法测试结果有较好的一致性,LAT、VAT、HRAT、EMGAT平均值分别是13.71、14.17、13.50、13.14min。t-检验结果表明,各种方法之间没有显著的统计学差别(P>0.05)。VAT、HRAT、EMGAT与LAT均有较好的相关性,其相关系数分别为0.98、0.78、0.84。3名受试者进行重复实验,两次实验间没有显著的统计学差别,但HRAT变异较大。HRAT法有两人次心率随负荷变化呈直线上升无明显拐点可供辨别,表明该方法判断成功率较差,精度欠佳。 The subjects in this study were 7 male athletes ,including distance runners and walkers. Blood lactate anaerobic threshoid(LAT)、ventilatory anaerobic threshold(VAT )、heart rate anaerobic threshole (HRAT )and eletromyographic anarerobic threshold (EMGAT) were synchronously measured during incremental exercise.The purpose of this study was to make an objective estimation for different methods .So as to properly select and train the talents in sports. Each subject performed an incre-mental exercise test on cycle ergometer. The subject started at a load of 50W and was in-creased by 50W every 2 minutes until the subject reached exhaustion. AT value of differ-ent methods were calculated by occurrence times. The results of four methods were inconformity.The mean value of LAT 、VRAT、HRAT 、EMGAT was 13. 71、14. 17、13.50 and 13. 14respectiveiy. There was no significant difference between any two means. There was ahighly significant correlation between LAT and VAT,LAT and EMGAT ,and LAT,and HRAT The correlation coefficient was0.98、 0.84 and 0.78 respectively.Repeated tests were made with 3 subjects. There was no significant differece be-tween the first and the second test , but two subjects heart rates increased in a straight linewith the incremental load and there is no obvious variation point to recognize.Thisshowed that HRAT method was less accurate.
