摘要
为探讨用中药防治急救性高山病的效果,在模拟6000m高原低氧条件下,观察了刺五加复方对大鼠水电解质和相关激素的影响。结果表明,刺五加复方组醛固酮(ALDO)和心钠素(ANP)的含量低于和明显低于缺氧对照组和葛方党参组(P<0.05)。缺氧对照组和复方党参组的脑肺水含量增加和明显增加(P<0.05),刺五加复方组的相应值改变不明显和略有减少(P<0.05)。缺氧对照组和复方党参组的脑肺Na+含量增加和明显增加(P<0.05),刺五加复方组的相应值改变不明显。在4390m高原低氧条件下,观察了刺五加复方对人尿量和尿蛋白含量的影响,结果显示,刺五加复方组的尿量多于对照组,尿蛋白的阳性发生率,明显低于缺氧对照组。以上结果提示,刺五加复方能明显改善低氧条件下的水电解质代谢。
Effects of radix acanthopanacis senticosi compounds(RASC)on water-lectrolyte
metabolism and related hormones in rats were observed by exposure to a simu-lated altitude
of 6000m. The results showed that increases of plasma aldosterone content and plasma atrial
natriuretic peptide content were lower in the RASC group than that in hypoxia-control group and
compounds dangshen group( P<0.05).Water contents in brain and lung significantly increased
in the hypoxia control group and compounds dang- shen group ,while values of these targets
did not alter or significantly decreased in the RASC group. Na+levels in brain and lung
increased and significantly increased in the hypoxia control group and compounds dangshen
group , but values of these targets did not change in the RASC group.Urine output was more
and occurrence rate of urine protein was much lower(P<0.001 ) in the RASC group as compared
with these in control group during exposure to altitude of 4390m in man.These results indicated
that the RASC might improve water-electrolyte metabolism during exposure to hypoxia.
