摘要
本文叙述了检修ＮＹＬ－ⅢＡ型伦琴计不能“调零”的故障，用３ＣＯ２Ｂ场效应管代替３ＤＯ４Ｄ型场效应管的方法。介绍了场效应管简易测定方法和简易对参数选择方法。并给出了实用电路。
The paper describes a method of overcoming the trouble in zero-setting of NYL-3ARoentgen meter and a method of substituting 3CO2B model FET for 3DO4D model.It intro-duces a simpe method of measuring FET and method of stelecting parameterts of a pair ofFET’s. It also shows the practical circuit diagram. (
