摘要
观察了长期悬吊大鼠的睾丸、骨骼等器官的组织病理学变化。发现悬吊组动物睾丸实质萎缩,体积缩小,重量减轻,生精上皮细胞显著减少,甚至完全消失;睾丸间质中出现大量水肿液,间质细胞显著增生,部分动物睾丸间质出现大量多核巨细胞;睾丸间质血管内皮细胞增生,血管壁增厚和管腔狭窄。组织学测量表明,实验组股骨骺板软骨全层厚度、增殖带和肥大钙化带厚度以及股骨股干骨皮质厚度均少于对照组,其他器官仅见轻微病理变化。
Histopathological changes were observed in the prolonged
tail-suspen-sion animal model rat established for the study of simulated weightlessness.It was
found that the suspended rats showed prominent atrophy of testis with great decrease in their
size and weight as compared with the control.The spermatogenic cells of testis decreased
greatly in number, even died away completely in the experimental animals. A large amount of
edematours fluid presented in the interstitium of testes in the suspended rats.The interstitial
tissue proliferated markedly in all suspended rats , while some giant cells were found in
partially suspended rats. The endothelial cells of blood vessels proliferated and caused
thickening of vascular wall and narrowing of the cavity in the experimental group.The
histometric analysis of femurs showed that, in the suspended rats, the mean height of
epiphyseal cartilaginous plates was ( 187.0± 2l.9)μm, the hypertrophic/calci-fication zone
was(77.5±14.0)μm, and the proliferative zone was(91.5±19.4)μm, which were signifcantly
less as compared with(243.o±2l.9)μm,(107.0± ll.9)μm and(10.0±16.9)μm,respectively in
the control rats.The thickness of femoral cortex in the suspended rats was(347.2±46.4)μm,
which was apparently less as compared with(449.5±42.5)μm in the control.Histological
changes in other organs were com-paratively slight in the suspended rats.The above findings
indicated that the histopatho-logical changes in testis and bone system in the suspended rats
were more prominent than those in other organs.
