Application of Flow Gas Proportional Counter in the Scanning Soft X Ray Microscope U sing Synchrotron Radiation

正比计数管在软ｘ射线测量中有着广泛的应用，而软Ｘ射线显微术是研究自然状态下的生物样品高分辨率成像的最好方法，也是同步辐射光源最重要的应用之一。本文介绍了应用于软Ｘ射线测量的流气式正比计数管的结构、特性及其应用于合肥同步辐射扫描软ｘ时线显微镜的初步结果。

Soft X ray microscopy is most suitable to the high resolution imaging for the biologicalspecimens. It is one of the applications of synchrotron radiation source. Proportional counter haSbeen widely used in the detection of X ray.In this paper we report the construction and charac-teristics of the flow gas proportional counter which was used in the scanning soft X ray micro-scope at hefei National Synchrotron Radiation source. First results of the scanning X ray micro-cope are also described.(
