摘要
本文用半经验公式的方法刻度了高纯锗γ谱仪对环境作品的探测效率。通过与中国原子能院、苏州医学院和秦山核电厂参加的环境样品比对测量,验证了该方法。本方法的分析结果基本在10%不确定度范围内与标准源的参考值或环境样品的均值相符合。
This paper presents the calibration of the photopeak detection efficiency of a HPGe γ-spectrometer using a semiempirical relationship for environmental samples.This method was checked on intercomparision results amonge China Institute of Atomic Energy,Suzhow Medical College and Qinshan Nuclear Power plant for the environmental samples.The resultes of this analytical method essentially matches the reference values of the standard source and average values of environmental samples within 10% uncertainty.
