摘要
复合光导管组成的X光透镜可将发散的X光束聚至直径φ0.5mm,聚束后的功率密度增加104倍.这种新型的X光透镜已用于X射线荧光分析研究,使用X光管功率仅2W,而探测限可达10-9—10-10g.
Divergent X-ray radiation has been focused into a small spot(φ500μm) by an X-ray lens made of polycapillaries, increasing power density by 104 times. The new X-ray lens has been applied to the XRF analysis. The detection limits of 10-9-10-10g have been obtained by means of the new technique with a 2W X-ray tube.
