摘要
对１２ＭｅＶ电子辐照塑封二极管进行了研究，列举了样品实验结果，阐述了高能电子的优异性能和这一技术的应用情况。
In this paper the plastics-sealed diodes irradiated with 12 MeV electrons have been investigated. Excellent performance of the irradiated devices indicated the applicability of this technique.
