摘要
对离子束电子束原子束结合技术制备的ZrO2·Y2O3—NiCoCrAlY陶瓷热障涂层进行了1100℃、70h的等温氧化实验。研究了涂层高温氧化前后组成元素分布的特征,并对结果作了相应的讨论。
The ZrO2 ·Y2O3-NiCoCrAlY thermal barrier coatings(TBC) deposited with the combined ion-electron-atom beams technique were oxidized at 1100℃ for 70h. The SEM-EDAX and XPS micro-analyses were carried out for these specimens before and after the oxidation in order to study the elemental distribution of the coatings and the chemical states of these elements. Some related phenomena were discussed.
