用面积法测算门控心肌显像中左室功能的软件探索与临床应用

Measurement of left ventricular function using gated myocardial SPECT imaging

介绍使用面积法，利用（９９ｍ）Ｔｃ－ＭＩＢＩ门控心肌显像一次同时获得心肌形态图和反映左室功能的主要参数．２０例病例的显像证明ＬＶＣＦ和ＬＶＥＦ之间具有良好相关性（Ｐ＜０．００１，ｒ＝０．８１），并经过同人不同时，不同人对同一病例处理的结果比较，说明ＬＶＣＦ具有良好的稳定性．分析了在门控心肌显像得到ＬＶＥＦ的方法中，面积法、计数法和长短轴法各自的优缺点。

Gated mpocardial SPECT imaging was introduced to get the cardiac function parameters(LVEF) and myocardial SPECT imaging simultaneously. Both informations can be obtained in just one study. The new method was proved effective and reliable in 20 clinical cases, and it has good correlation with the ordinary method. The advantages and disadvantages of the different methods used for calculation of LVEF parameter were also discussed.
