摘要
本文从离子动力学方程出发,利用LB碰撞模型研究了离子-离子碰撞效应对前鞘等离子体输运的影响。电子分布假定为等温麦克斯韦-玻耳兹曼分布。结果表明,在低碰撞频率和高碰撞频率下,LB碰撞模型都能较好地描述前鞘等离子体中的离子-离子碰撞行为。离子-离子碰撞对表面等离子体的输运行为有较大影响。
By using ion kinetic equation, the influence of ion-ion collision effects on the presheath plasma transport is taken into account through the LB collisional model. The electron density is assumed isothermal Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution. It is shown that the LB collisional model can discribe the ion-ion collision effects not only at the low collision frequency but also at the higher one in the presheath region, and the effects of ion collisions on the presheath particle and energy transport is considerable.
