摘要
从实验上证明了电子枪加热方式中电子束与原子束之间的能量交换,并与模拟欧姆法加热方式进行了比较,测量结果表明:电子束直接轰击靶金属时产生的真空蒸发原子束速度为(507±30)m/s,而模拟欧姆法产生的真空蒸发原子束速度为(405±30)m/s。两者之间的相差约100m/s。由此可见电子束对原子束的加速作用确实存在。
The energy exchange between electron beam and atom beam in the electron gun heating pat-tern is proved by the experiment,and the heating pattern of simulated Ohm method is comparedwith it.The experimental results are:the velocity of the evaporated atom beam in the vacuum by the electron beam bombarding the target metal directly,is 507 ± 30 m/s,and that of Ohm heat-ing pattern is 405 ± 30 m/s. The difference is about 100 m/s. It is shown that the acceleration ofatom beam by electron beam really exists.
