摘要
本文提出了一种可重复使用的航空航天运载器方案——使神号改进型。文章认为,欧洲可以率先研制出第一种可以完全重复使用的运载器,以便完成目前的使神号-阿里安5运载器所不能承担的某些重要任务。
Because the present Hermes-Ariane 5 Vehicle will not be able to fill a variety of valuable roles, this paper proposes a reusable aerospace transporter-a variant of Hermes- which will provide a Solution and allow Europe to take the lead in developing the first fully reusable launch vehicle.
