简介近年来国外SIS生产状况、生产工艺技术经济评估、SIS的基本性能和应用以及国外技术发展趋势,井对国内SIS产品开发作出预估。
The recent produce status in SIS abroad were reviewed with 67 references. The topics included the production processes, technical economic evaluation, fundamental properties and application of SIS,technical developing trend abroad,and also pointed out prediction about domestic SIS development.
