摘要
考察了各种因素对SAN乳液聚合速率的影响,采用氧化-还原引发体系,通过调节单体配比、助剂等用量以及工艺条件,在适当聚合速率下,可以合成分子量达600万的PVC加工所用SAN树脂。
The effect of various polymerization (conditions on polymerization rate were studied in details. It was concluded that, under proper polymerization conditons, SAN resin of Mw up to 6×106 was obtainable and could be used as a processing aid of PVC.
