摘要
采用了晶体管变频调速系统和可编程序控制器(PC),来取代复杂而庞大的继电接触器逻辑控制以及气动逻辑控制,并加上气缸和电磁阀等组成的执行机构与精密的机械相结合,构成机电一体化控制系统,成功地应用于国产高速纺丝机上.连续运行表明,PC机具有较高的可靠性与灵活性、结构紧凑、故障率低、维修方便,带来一定的经济效益.
Using transistor frequency inverter speed control system and programmed controller(PC) instead of the complicated. large size relay contact logical control and pneumatical logical control combined with the servo-mechanism consist of cylinder and electro-magnetic value etc. to make up a integrated mechanic-electrical control system which is successfully applied on domestic high speed spinning machine. Results after continu-ous running show the PC system has the advantages of reliability, flexibility, compact structure, less trou-ble, and easy maintaince.
