摘要
本文研究了采用常规KV441高速纺丝机生产聚酯细旦POY的工艺技术特点.分析了单丝纤度减小和侧吹风风速对细旦POY物性的变化的影响.认为纺制细旦丝,应根据纤维结构与性能的变化,严格控制干切片含水率,选择适宜的纺丝工艺.
Characteristics of production technology of polyester fine denier POY produced by conventional KV441 high-speed spinning machine are studied. Influences on fiber properties due to the decrease of dpf and effects of blowing rate are analysed. It is considered that we should more strictly control the moisture content of the dried polyester chips and select suitable technolgy of spinning based on the change of fiber struture and properties .
