摘要
本文研究了锦、涤复合超细纤维在常规纺速下,影响可纺性及染色性能的相关因素以及采用的工艺措施。试验表明,两种高聚物表观粘度差、干切片含水均匀性以及纤维的剥离均匀性对可纺性和染色性起着决定性作用。同时,控制组成复合纤维的单元丝界面的粘合力、集束均匀性,也是保证纤维可纺性及染色均匀性的重要方面。
Factors which influence the spinnability and dyeability of PA/PET composite microfilaments and the technological measures applied under conventional spinning speed are investigated. Result shows the determinants are the difference in apparent viscosity of the two component polymers ,evenness in moisture content of dried chips and the even-splitahility of the composite filaments. Besides,suitable control of the binding force between elementary filaments in composite fiber and the evenness in tow collecting are also important to ensure the good spinnability and dyeability.
