摘要
采用CFT-500型毛细管流变仪,研究了不同预热时间下PET、PA66的流动曲线,非牛顿指数、熔体表观粘度及粘流活化能。结果表明:高聚物的流变性能与预热时间具有相关性,预热时间延长,熔体非牛顿指数下降,熔体表观粘度下降,粘流活化能增加。
The changes of the fiberforming polymer flow cure,noll-Newton index,melt-viscosity as well as viscousactivation at different preheat time are studied by using capillary rheo instrument model CFT-500.It is shownthat the preheat tirne does affect the fiberforming polymer flowing function. The longer the preheat time is,the lower the non-Newton index changes. The rnelt viscosity decreases and the viscous activation engergy in-creases with increasing preheat time.
