摘要
在纺丝实验中观察到从不对称孔形的异形喷丝孔流出的熔体细流常发生弯曲畸变。分析不对称异形孔中熔体流动速度分布和应力分布,找出细流弯曲畸变的原因。通过力矩平衡关系,使异形孔截面上形心轴向中性轴逼近,从而获得满意的削减细流弯曲的结果。本文提供的设计方法在计算机上很容易实现。
The bended melt thread which extruded from profiled orifice with asymmetrical shapes was observed inspinning test.On the analysis of the velocity and the stress distribution on the asymmetrical cross section ofa orifice,the cause of the bending deformity of a melt thread has been discussed.By means of the momentbalance both a centroid and a neutral axis are closed up,and from that the satisfiable result of avoiding bendof a thread will be obtained.This design method can be carried out simply with a computer.
