MODIFICATION OF 4kt /a POLYACRYLONITRILE FIBER TURNABLE WET SPINNING LINE

对４ｋｔ／ａＮａＳＣＮ一步法腈纶转向纺丝生产线实施扩产改造，使其生产能力达到近８ｋｔ／ａ，不仅为同类装置改进创造了经验，而且为我国建设万吨级转向纺丝生产线提供了实验基础。实践表明，我国组织建设国产化万吨级腈纶生产线在技术上已经成熟。

The NaSCN one-step polyacrylonitrile fiber turnable wet spinning line with the productivity of 4kt/a ismodified and expanded,its productivity is doubled.This does not only accumulate the experience for the mod-ification of the same kind unit,but also provide the experiment basis for our country to build turnable wetspinning line which is ten thousand tons grade. The practice proves that,it has been ripe on the respect oftechnology for our country to build ten thousand tons grade polyacrylonitrile fiber production lines.
