无铅釉上丝网印色料的研究

Research on Lead-Free Over-Glaze Silk-Screen Printing Colours

以Ｒ２Ｏ—Ｂ２Ｏ３－ＳｉＯ２系为主进行了釉上丝网印色料无铅助熔剂的实验。通过添加适量的ＺｎＯ．Ａｌ２Ｏ３．ＺｒＯ２，ＬｉＦ等使熔剂达到应用要求，并研制成功４种无铅釉上丝网印色料。经测试．该色料的各项指标均符合ＱＢ５８３—８１标准要求，铅镉溶出量全部为０．０ｍｇ／ｄｍ２。

Experiments on Lead-free flux in R2O-B2O3-SiO2 system for over-glaze silk screen printing colours were made. The flux was come up to application requirement by way of adding assistants as ZnO,al2O3,ZrO2. LiF etc. and four kinds of lead-free ovet-glaze silk-screen printing colour were prepared. Measurement confirmed that all indexes of these colours accord with standard QB583-81 and lead or cadmium release is 0. 0 mg/dm2.
