摘要
研究了油品芳烃含量为51%~90%时,充油1,2-聚丁二烯橡胶(1,2-BR)的流变性、门尼粘度ML100℃(1+4)、抗湿滑性和力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,在同一剪切速率γw下,高芳烃含量的充油1,2-BR与低芳烃含量的相比,表观粘度ηa增大,流变曲线斜率小,非牛顿性较强。充油1,2-BR的ML100℃(1+4)、抗湿滑性及拉伸强度随油品芳烃含量的增高而增大。在相同γw下,充油1,2-BR的ηa随温度的升高而下降,130℃时的ηa比70℃的下降约半个数量级。
The effects of the oil with 51% ~90%(mass) of aromatic content on the rheology,Mooney viscosity, wet-Skid resistance and mechanical properties of 1,2-polybutadiene rubber (1,2-BR) were studied. The experimental results showed that the apparent viscosity ηa of oil extended 1,2-BR was greater, the slope of rheological cure was less and the non-Newtonian property became greater than those of the pure one at the same shear rate γw. The Mooney viscosity increased with increasing the aromatic content of oil, and ηa decreased with increasing the temperature at the same γw. The wet-skid resistance and tensile strength increased with increasing the aromatic content.
