交联型聚丙烯酸丁酯胶乳的合成 被引量:2

摘要 以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,丙烯酸丁酯经两步乳液聚合,合成了胶粒粒径大于250nm、凝胶含量大于90%、适用于合成丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物的交联型聚丙烯酸丁酯胶乳。第一步乳液聚合配方及条件:乳化剂用量2%~4%,引发剂用量0.1%~0.4%,交联剂用量2.4%~2.8%;单体采用滴加乳液法或滴加单体法,聚合温度60~70℃,聚合时间3~4h。第二步种子聚合条件:乳化剂用量/种子胶乳量不大于10.2%,种子胶乳量/单体用量小于5.0%,聚合温度60~70℃,聚合时间3~5h。 The crosslinked polybutyl acrylate latex with a particle diameter more than 250nm, a gel content more than 90%, suitable for the synthesis of acrylate-acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, was synthesized by the two-step emulsion polymerization, using sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier and ammomium persulfate as initiator.The recipe and conditions in the frist step of emulsion polymenrization were: emulsifier 2%~4%,initiator 0.l%~0.4%,crosslinking agent 2.4%~2.8%,the monomer adding method adopting emulsion dropping or monomer dropping, polymerization temperature 60~70℃, and polymerization time 3~4h. The conditions in the second step of seed polymerization were:emulsifier/seed latex less than l0.2%, seed latex /monomer less than 5%,polymerization temperature 60~70℃,and polymerization time 3~5h.
