配合剂对聚丙烯酸酯硫化胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了4种硫化体系、4种炭黑和4种增塑剂对环氧型和含氯型聚丙烯酸酯硫化胶(生胶牌号分别为NipolAR-53L,AR-72LF)性能的影响。结果表明,NipolAR-53L选用ZeonetA,B,U作硫化体系,NipolAR-72LF选用三聚硫氰酸作硫化剂,高耐磨炉黑与喷雾炉法炭黑作填充体系,二(丁氧基乙氧基乙基)己二酸酯作增塑剂,所得硫化胶的综合性能最好。 The effect of four kinds of vulcanizing systems, carbon blacks and plasticizers on the vulcanizate properties of epoxy group and halogen-containing polyacrylic rubber (Nipol AR-Nipol AR-53LF, AR-72LF) were investigated.The results showed that when high abrasion furnace black and sprayed carbon black were used as reinforcing system, di(butoxy ethoxy ethyl) adipate as plasticizer,the vulcanizates of AR-53LF cured by Zeonet A,B,U and AR72LF cured by trithiocyanuric acid had good properties.
