摘要
用模拟合成橡胶的粘稠介质研究了组合桨的宏观与微观混合性能,以及组合桨的匹配,提出组合桨(螺带/透平)是改善粘稠介质快速混合的有效途径。
The macromixing and performances and the matching of impeller types were studied in agitated vessel by means of a viscous fluid to simulate synthetic rubber material. An adequate impeller combination of turbine and helical ribbon was proved to be an efficient way to improve mixing rate of viscous medium.
