摘要 从微观结构模型出发,用统计力学和老化反应动力学相结合的方法,求得了炭黑丁苯橡胶的蠕变谱适函数,成功地把蠕变柔量与老化时间(ta)、推迟时间系数(β)和特征时间(t0)之间定量地联系起来。根据蠕变实验数据,求得了β和t0。通过蠕变性能测试结果的分析,证实了蠕变谱适推迟函数,成功地把无外力作用下的物理、化学老化同有外力作用下的物理、化学老化结合起来,并建立了一种从主组合直线上外推以预测炭黑丁苯橡胶长时标下的力学行为和使用寿命的新方法。 A universial creep function for carbon black filled SBR was derived from the micro-structure model of polymer by the combination method of kinetics of aging in free and deformed state with the statistical mechanics. It was successful in relating the compliance to the aging time, the ratio of retardation time in free and deformed time, the coefficient of retardation time and the intrinsic time.The coefficient of retardation time and the intrinsic time were determined with the experimental data of SBR filled with carbon blacks. The final results from the treatment of creep experimental data of filled SBR showed that the universal creep function could be successful in relating the physical and chemical aging in free state to the physical and chemical aging in deformed state. A new method for determining the long-term mechanical behavior and lifetime by linear extrapolation from the master lines was proposed.
