组合桨搅拌器的宏观混合特性 被引量:8

摘要 分别以浓度为1%,2%,3%,3.5%的羧甲基纤维素溶液为实验介质,采用测温法,测定了正交双层三角桨-单螺带桨、正交双层三角桨-内外单螺带桨、锚式桨-三叶推进器、锚式桨-内外单螺带桨4种组合桨搅拌器的宏观混合时间,用无量纲数C_1,C_2,C_3,C_4综合评判了它们的宏观混合性能。实验证明,前2种组合桨搅拌器在不同流域内都能使搅拌介质达到良好的宏观混合,且功率消耗低,混合效率高,具有明显的节能优势,对搅拌变粘度体系的介质有很强的实用性。 The macromixing times of four types of combined agitators(orthogonal twi-stratum triangle blade with single ribbon or wit inner/outer ribbon,anchor type blade with three-blade impeller or with inner/outer ribbon)were determined by temperature measurement method,with carboxymethyl cellulose solution as experimental media in the concentration of 1%,2%,3% and 3.5% respectively.The macromixing performances of these four types of combined agitators were evaluated by nondimentional numbers C_1,C_2,C_3 and C_4.The experimental results showed that by using the first two types of combined agitators the agitating media could satisfactory macromixing in all flow regions with less power consumption,high mixing effciency and energy conservation effect.Therefore,it could be used in the mixing process of the media with variable viscosity.
