DATA ANALYSIS AND DATABASE PLANNING IN MIS CORPORATE DESIGN

企业的组织机构和管理活动经常处于变动之中，但是，只要企业总目标或性质不变，那么企业管理业务所涉及的数据类是不变或很少变化的，抓住这个不变因素，在ＭＩＳ总体设计中数据分析的规范和数据库规划的符合实际，是ＭＩＳ建设成败的关键，也是衡量ＭＩＳ总体设计是否成功的标志．本篇论文探讨了ＭＩＳ总体设计中的数据分析内容和方法，给出了数据库规划的两种形式．

The form of organization and the activity of managnement of an enterprise are often changing But so long as the whole object of the enterprise or its quality is stable,the data class that relates to the professional work of enterprise management is stable or just varies a little.Thus, on the basis of this stable factor, how to make data analysis and database planning more standardly and more complying to reality is not only the key to the success of MIS construction,but also one of the important criteria of success MIS corporate design. This paper discusses the contents and the methods of data analysis in MIS corporate design, and provides two database planning forms.
