摘要
文章报导国内外首次用ＣＯ２激光作能源的心肌打孔仪及其新的设计思想；并介绍该仪器心肌打孔实例。
This paper reports a myocardium punching apparatus by CO2 Laser as well as its design principle for the first time. Some myocardium punching cases in which the apparatus is put into use are introduced.
