杜仲氨基酸成份的研究

A Study on Amino Acid Composition of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv

本文借助氨基酸自动分析仪对杜仲离体培养愈伤组织、树叶、树皮中氨基酸含量进行了系统研究，共检测出１６种氨基酸，其总含量为４１．４９～２０８．２２ｍｇ／ｇ，其中包括７种必需氨基酸。

In this paper,the contents of amino acids of callus in vitro culture,leavesand bark of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. were determined by the aid of amino acid analytic in-strument.Sixteen kinds of amino acids had been found ,and there were 7 kinds of essentialamino acids among them.The total content was 41.49～208.22mg/ g.
