完善地勘单位劳动人事管理 适应社会主义市场经济的要求

摘要 本文在充分肯定社会主义市场经济条件下劳动人事管理在地勘单位管理中居于核心地位的基础上,着重从如下几方面阐述了完善地勘。单位劳动人事管理的基本内容:树立人本观念,把调动职工积极性做为劳动人事管理工作的根本;强化人力资源开发观念,提高人力资本效益;改变地勘单位内部“职务和岗位终身制”,实现人力资源要素的最隹配置;加强人员素质测评,为确定劳动报酬、晋升、调配等提供科学依据。 This paper emphatically points out some primary aspects of perfecting labour & personell administrations in geological & prospecting units on the basis of full affirming the key position among the managements of geological & prospecting units under the socialist market-directed economy. These primary aspects are as follows: regarding human resouces as essential factor of all economic resoures, and mobilizing working enthusiasm of workers and sfaff members; intensifying the idea of developing human resources and raisiug the profits of the human capital; changing system of the lifelong fixed job and post' within geological & prospecting units , bringing about the first-rate allocation of the human re-sources ; strengthing measure and evaluation of the staff quality and providing scientific basis for labour remuneratons , promotion, transfer and so on.
